Patricia Green Cellars proudly supports many important causes and local educational charity auctions each year. We wish we could donate to every cause, but due to the sheer volume of donation requests received we simply don’t have the ability to respond to everyone. Please submit all donation requests by filling out the required information on this form. Do not call the winery unless you’ve already received notification that your donation has been accepted by Patricia Green Cellars.
If your request has been approved, we will send you an email notification to make pick-up arrangements at the Tasting Room. All shipping requests will require a FEDEX or UPS account number to bill the charges unless specified in donation approval. We will not deliver donated items.
